Shipping

When will I receive tracking?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
If it’s missing, just reach out — we’ll confirm it’s en route.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders over $125. No code required.

How long does shipping take?

Each piece is handcrafted, hand-signed, hand-stamped, and hand-packed — start to finish.

Orders typically enter production within 48 hours and ship within 24 hours of completion. Tracking details will be sent once your order ships — you can follow updates from there. If there’s ever a delay due to high volume, you’ll hear from us directly.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer USPS 2-day priority shipping with tracking. Rates are calculated at checkout — and orders over $125 ship free.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we only ship domestically, but we’re looking toward offering international delivery soon.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be received in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To begin, contact our support team for a return authorization and detailed instructions.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, contact us. We'll resolve it quickly and at no cost to you.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.

Product Care

Do you offer repairs?

Not formally — but there are always exceptions.
If something feels off, reach out. We’ll take a look and offer a path forward.

My bulb broke, what do I do?

If it was damaged in transit, we’ll replace it at no cost.
If it broke from a fall, reach out — we’ll send you one of our original bulbs.

Can I use my own bulb?

We recommend the bulb included with your lamp, chosen for both safety and atmosphere. If you need a replacement, simply email us. If using your own, select an LED bulb only — never incandescent, as it may damage the shade.

Warranty

What does the warranty cover?

We guarantee our pieces against defects in materials and craftsmanship for life. This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.

What is considered normal wear and tear?

Fading, scuffing, and surface aging are signs of life, not defects. Damage from misuse or neglect falls outside warranty coverage.

Authenticity

How can I verify my piece or its "Certificate of Authenticity"?

Send us a photo or details of your Certificate of Authenticity, and our team will verify it for you.
